Yes, you can use Miruni for free for 14 days as a free trial! You'll just need to upgrade once your free trial ends.
We bill once a month or once a year via Stripe. The amount we bill is based on what tier of account you choose: Freelancer, Pro, or Enterprise.
You can change tiers anytime you want. However, if you move from Pro back down to Freelancer you will now need to fit within the Smart Edit limitations.
If you need more capabilities than we offer in the Pro tier - please contact us to learn more about our custom Enterprise offerings.
We designed Miruni for organizations that may have many different teams that may be internal or external. The top tier of our application hierarchy is Workspace. A Workspace has Members (users) and those members can be added to one or more projects.
A Project is where you place stories. A project can have open access to all team members or you can limit which team members can even see the project.
A Story is what you capture/create to share. You can create a Story with our Chrome Extension, Snippet or within the Miruni dashboard. A story can contain screen shots, video (including voice annotation), CSS inspection data, Network logs, Console Logs, comments, environmental variables. Most of those items are captured automatically behind the scenes. In addition, you can update the Story Status and assign a story to a team member.
Story Types are used to make it easy to filter different types of stories. Miruni comes configured with "Feedback" and "Bug" as the two default Story Types. You can add new Story Types at the Team level to support how you want to use Miruni. Example Story Types clients use are "Competition", "Best Practices", "Worst Practices".
If you created a Story it will appear in your "My Story". If you are assigned to a Story it will appear in your "My Story".
